HTC announced the last phone is HTC 10 in April, 2016 & actually released in May, 2016 and there are some details about new specifications & features of  HTC 10:

• Memory: 32/64GB internal memory with Expandable memory by microSd card up to 256GB & 4GB Ram.
• Camera: 12MP with f/1.8 lens, 4K video recording at 30fps & 5MP front camera with f/1.8 lens, 1080p video recording at 30fps.
• Battery: Non removable with Li-Ion 3000mAh.
• Body & Size: 145.9 x 71.9 x 9 mm with weight 161g.
• Special features: Fingerprint, Accelerometer, compass, NFC & Fast battery charging.
• Colors: Carbon Gray, Topaz Gold, Glacier Silver.
